Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorksitePro ("Service"), operated by The Roof Guys ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The service

WorksitePro is a project, file, and accounts-receivable management tool for roofing contractors. Features include project tracking, photo and file storage, scheduling, messaging, and integrations with third-party services (QuickBooks Online, Gmail, Twilio, etc.) that you choose to connect.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, harass any person, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' data. You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party service (QuickBooks Online, Gmail, Twilio, etc.) you authorize TRG to read and write data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. We are not responsible for actions or content of third-party services.

Text message alerts

The Roof Guys (Skyline Solutions LLC, DBA The Roof Guys) sends Worksite Pro text alerts to its own team members when a teammate tags them in a note on a customer's roofing project, or adds a supplement note to a project they manage. The alerts are work notifications only, never marketing. Text alerts are optional and not required to use the Service.

You opt in yourself, while signed in, by saving your own mobile number in Settings → Team → “Your mobile number” on the web or Profile → “Mobile number for text alerts” in the iPhone app. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time (or clear your number in the app), and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in TRG (photos, files, notes, project records, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use policy. On termination, your data may be deleted within 30 days unless you request a copy first.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data sync with third parties will always succeed. You are responsible for verifying critical information (invoices, payments, etc.) in the source system.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
